This class is designed to bring you the best of Pilates mat work through the practice of yoga. Special focus will be placed on the abdominal and back muscles while increasing flexibility, strength, balance, breath control and whole body awareness. Wear comfortable form-fitting clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one. We have a limited number of yoga mats to borrow.

An exhilarating, effective, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance class that will help you lose pounds and inches. Dances include merengue, salsa, flamenco, belly dance and hip-hop, to name a few.
